RETURNS & WARRANTIES:
In general, Aventura Tennis will accept all returns and exchanges on any products within thirty days of when they were purchased for store credit only. Many of our products also come with manufacturer's warranties.
A restocking fee is applicable and at the discretion of Aventura Tennis, whenever the return is due to "customer does not like the product," "item no longer needed," or "changed mind".
If you return the product after the 30-day return period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and no returns will be accepted after 60 days.
Closeout/Clearance Items
Items that are under a Clearance/Closeout category or marked as a "Closeout item" are returnable for credit or exhange within 10 days of being delivered.
*Closeout items are priced at 35% off or more from retail price.
**Closeout items $9.99 and under are FINAL SALE.
Returning Tennis Racquets:
We take returns for exchange or credit on racquets within thirty days of being purchased provided that the racquet has not been played with. There may be no ball fuzz in the strings, signs of wear on the bumper guard, and the plastic cannot have been removed from the handle. All returns or exchanges will be made minus string and labor charges on racquets strung by Aventura Tennis.
We also ask that you provide us with proof of purchase. If you have lost your receipt or invoice, call us so that we can verify that you purchased the racquet from us.
All racquets sold by Aventura Tennis have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on them. However, replacement is at the manufacturer’s discretion, and any frames that show signs of abuse may not be replaced. Also, many manufacturers ask that the racquets not be returned directly from the consumer, but rather through the retailer that the racquet was sold from. Therefore, in order to return a broken racquet to a manufacturer, bring it to us.
You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for replacement. If your racquet is replaced, you will be credited for its current selling price.
If the manufacturer decides not to replace the racquet, the racquet will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer.
Returning Other Products (Shoes, Clothing, Accessories, Bags, etc.)
We take returns on products for exchange or credit, provided that they were purchased within the last thirty days and are in new condition. We are unable to take returns on products that have been played in or have received any wear. We will also need the original manufacturer’s box/packaging in order to re-sell the product.. We ask that you try to return this box to us in as close to new condition as possible. Products that are under a Clearance/Closeout category or marked as a "Closeout item" are returnable for credit or exhange within 10 days of being delivered.
To return products, please bring them to the store, in their original box/packeging along with the original invoice. |
